This a nice Lowes in Gautier. Nice staff. Wish they would get rid of all these self check outs. 07-21-24 Went there today. Got what we needed for a room we were completing. Folks there, as always very nice and helpful. Great job Lowes!

The lady at the front was rushy and the interaction was horrible due to the situation my family. I appreciate the help from the gentleman in plumbing. 3/5 stars.

This the best home improvement retail center hands down. Alot of Professional Contractors like to compare them with HomeDepot but Lowes hands down have the better sales and friendlier employees.

There was 4 employees watching me do the self check out and none of the other registers were open. There is no excuse why they can't open a check out lane other then their lazy staff would have to work. Unexcusable service.

Wouldn’t recommend ordering anything for delivery from this location. Ordered a washer and dryer, both were scheduled for delivery on Monday, and I only got the washer. When I called to ask why I got hung up on twice and was then told it was scheduled for Wednesday. It’s Wednesday and I still have not received my dryer and have been on hold for 30 minutes trying to figure out why since no one wanted to contact me, yet again. This whole experience has been absolutely terrible.

Had a very good trip. There was an employee on every aisle I walked down and they were willing to help if I had a question. I needed a suggestion on how to temporarily fix a hole in the fence. Not only was it relatively simple but...it was also cost efficient. The lady that helped me at the cash register was very cheerful and full of energy, actually I think she has more energy than I do.
Why do I feel like Ice cube? ( That's a pop culture reference Lowe's) Keep up the good work.

Return policy is a joke and manager was rude about it when I told him to change the sticker of the return policy because it clearly said I could return without a receipt and get a gift card. I wanted to return something and I didn’t have a receipt and every store gives you a gift card and I was fine with that .

Website said they had an item I needed when I went to get it, it had to be ordered. So website should have said so instead of wasting my time.
