I am a depositor with over $30,000 with Hancock Whitney Bank and I came in to deposit more. While I was waiting for the only customer service per to help me, I asked the cashier where the bathroom was and was told that there was no "public bathroom ". I can understand that they don't want the homeless or random strangers to come in but I am a customer with what I feel is a lot of money with them

Their website said their lobby was open Saturday 9/12 this is just another lie form a bank. Closing account and not coming back!!!

The tellers are very friendly and this bank is much more modern than many in the area!
