Very terrible customer service especially Kelsey. They don’t know what they are doing. The free phones are free for a reason they suck. Needs more workers I’m always waiting for long times in line just to pay a bill. Don’t recommend this store.

The district manager there is unreliable, and doesn't train her new employees properly. She will put you in a manager position without proper pay, and will put you in charge of the register, opening and closing alone on your first week. It would be understandable after 2 weeks or even 4 but right away is rather irresponsible. And Fast Frontier stopped giving commission for everything else but new lines, and accessories. My old manager that quit was making 700-1000 every other week just in commissions, she wasn't happy so she decided to leave. I just started there recently but there was more cons then pros there so I left myself. It was Fast Frontier I quit not cricket wireless.

This was my first time going to this location and The sales associate Ms Lishia was so awesome!! When we walked in she greeted us with a smile and was very detailed about everything we went there for. She got us in and out so quickly and was also very professional. I will definitely be going back to this location in the future for business.
