When people take the time to let you know they have had a terrible experience with a company it's to ensure others do not have to experience what they did. Take the advice of these reviews. This is a very DISHONEST company. I only interacted with Connie and Shelby so I cannot comment on the others there, but STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

Terrible company. Their mistake caused me to miss out on a house I loved. I submit my FULL application with payment Monday afternoon, no one ever contacted me so Wednesday morning I called just to be told that since I didn't submit a completed application the other applicant got the home BUT I did turn in a complete application as CONNIE informed me I could send my proof of income to her email which I did before even leaving the parking lot and apparently they over looked the email so the house went to someone else. So their negligence or stupidty idk which one but someone screwed me over. I even asked if there were other inquiries on the house to which she replied NO there was not.

I submit an application with ALL the necessary documents and was told the house i was inquiring about had no other inquiries, but when I called 2 days later they said they already approved someone else for the house because they didn't receive all my info..but it was in their email and their mistake or accident made me lose out on a house that we loved. I paid an application fee for a house that already had an approved application on file for it. Definitely feel like someone should've offered me my money back because this was THEIR mistake.

Joe West Realty is a wonderful business. I am highly offended by Mark Wallace's review of Joe West Realty's highly qualified employee, Connie West. I happen to know Mark Wallace's father. Mr. Homer Wallace is an elderly man of sound mind and fully capable of making his own decisions. Unfortunately, his son, Mark has decided to use a public forum to defame a legitimate business. Mark has filed a lawsuit against his own father to attempt to procure his father's property. Greed has no shame.

Complaint: Connie West at Joe West Realty has exploited my 89 year old father and pressured him into selling her eight residential properties located in Gautier. Do not trust her. The properties are in a Family Trust and my father was court ordered not to sell them. Connie West took advantage of a vulnerable senior to get the properties for herself even though she was aware of the court order.
