I visited this location to have my battery tested. Paul immediately greeted me and asked how he could help. My battery was different to access and he didn’t bat an eye, he returned with what he needed and helped me with a smile on the whole time. He was so helpful and patient. I will definitely be back and hope to see Paul’s welcoming face and attitude again.

They stated they didn't have a part, but the guy said it also couldn't be ordered. It's just an engine air filter.

I had terrible service the other day by a gentleman (if that's what you call him) named Chris. He was downright rude to me and his service sucked and frankly as a person with management background experience, I don't think he is personally equipped to meet the position requirements regardless of what type of day Mr. Chris is having. He was very indecisive on what parts to even choose for my vehicle even though I do this as a side job and definitely know my way around vehicles. In other words, he ruined the most important part of my day and I won't be returning to this location until the issue is definitely seeked out and he finds other opportunities to share his talents elsewhere .
