I came by last week to check out the 10x10 units. I seen that they were discounted for a great price. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to rent due to finding a unit closer to my new residence. The service was great and the lady working there was very friendly and professional. .

The customer service is superb!!! Chelsea is wonderful with her clients and is wonderful with directing customers! She ensures her customers are welcome when determining how to proceed with business! Highly recommend working with this company!

The Pass Rd. facility is so filthy, running rampant with rodents that we should charge them to have had to clean up the mess that was left after the infestation that occurred in our unit. We will be taking this to upper level management in order to make them aware of the completely disgusting circumstances that we found our unit to be in, after only five months.They should be ashamed. We will exercise all avenues necessary to ensure this escalates, so that headquarters are aware of the neglect at the Pass Rd. facility.

Beware!! We recently moved to the area and chose this facility to house our belongings until we found a place. We have two of the big units. Well today I go to get a couple of things from the units and was utterly shocked to find rat droppings all over our belongings along with a couple of pieces of our wooden firniture damaged from being chewed upon by rats. We will be definetly be removing our belongings from this facility. I already know we are going to have to throw away some of our belongings. Thank goodness we do have insurance.
