$7.95 per month for personal checking is extreme especially when we were not told until after we opened our accounts. Then, we were told there would be a fee for closing it. We have regular weekly direct deposits that are always held for at least 24 hours, and they do not make cash deposits immediately available. Instead, those deposits are also in pending status for 24 hours or more. It's a nuisance. We are searching for better banking options, and feedback from others is appreciated.

I have been a customer of Trustmark bank for over 20 years and have never had a complaint with this bank until now. When you go to a bank to make a deposit, on a Friday, and get there right as they are locking the door, 4:31 to be exact, and the lady locking the door just smiles and walks away, that is just rude. Some people do not get off work in time to rush to the bank. All other banks stay open to 5 or later on Fridays. Furthermore, the customer service at this bank has fallen to a low. Other locations are great, but the Fulton branch needs restructuring. I will not be guilty of using this branch again.

Friendly staff. I love how they are personal with you making you feel welcome. I've never had a problem banking here.
