The customer service is ridiculous. They don't communicate and they are liars. They damaged a door on my vehicle and never said anything about it. They overcharge for all of their services. Just an overall bad place to take your vehicle.

Left my car on the side of the road for a few hours till daylight and found out they towed it. Charged an outrageous price then made an excuse to hold it an extra day and charge for that. Messed up several prices on my car and didn’t offer to repair any of it. Wouldn’t recommend them for anything and if I could give zero stars I would.

My car has been in the shop from the longest and everytime I go check on it they tell me it's not ready and I had to call out from work because of them

It was our blessing that we happened upon Sistrunk Auto on a Saturday afternoon after our experiencing auto trouble with our truck passing through a nearby town. He answered the call to help us. I can't say enough good things about the character and mechanical skills of Mr. James Sistrunk. We are grateful to him for giving of himself to get us back on the road. Thank you Sistrunk Auto.

I would recommend this to anyone. Great service and great people. If there were anything above 5 they earned it. Great people. Great service. James is great at what he does. If you need anything in the Scott county area. Or neighboring counties. It’s worth the drive.
