My Jeep's check engine light came on and after very poor service from Haik dealers, I sought out the REAL experts which is what I found at Forest. From the initial phone call to get the vehicle in for diagnostics to repair and delivery was phenomenal. Ms. Kandi communicated everything in a timely manner to include cost and contacted the extended service. The automotive technician documented everything. They earned my business and I don't mind the drive from Ridgeland to Forest for the best customer care. Thanks Forest Chrysler Dodge Jeep!

I brought our 2019 Expedition Max in to have some recalls done. The service was EXCELLENT!! The Service Advisor, Courtney, was very knowledgeable and informative. The staff there is great. Very friendly and helpful. I didn't even have to wait very long either. I highly recommend Forest Ford!!

When I purchased my new vehicle I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Two years later when I need to use the add on service I purchased for dings and dents the service department doesn’t want to fool with me. Told me any body shop can help me. Will I go back? No. Will I refer them? No.

Took my Ram here for some A/C work. I got my truck checked in and was sitting waiting. Cliff Horton asked me about my ride back to Brandon. Told him that I was waiting on my Wife to get off work and come pick me up.Forest Chrysler Dodge Jeep / Ford gave me a Loaner to take back home to my Truck is finished. That is what you call customer service.Thanks Cliff and the nice Lady that got the loaner ready.V/rMichael Fuller

Poor service department - was not completely honest to us about our vehicle. Got 2nd opinion and have discovered there's a way to fix this vehicle. We paid almost a grand for nothing. DO NOT use this dealership's service department unless you have deep pockets.
