“I had my third Westlake tire failure in a month while passing by on I-20 east. This was the only place with the right tires for my trailer. Not only that, but they were open after 6:00 PM.

I limped my trailer to the shop and talked to the owner about the right tire. I settled on one and he quickly got it swapped. Due to the price I paid for another and had my front trailer axle setup with these new tires on both sides. The one already there is now a spare.

I plan on trying to get by again soon and purchase two more tires for the rear axle, before those fail as well.

Owner was very friendly, straight-forward, and honest. A+ service. Thank for the tires. I actually get better mileage now!”

“My husband and I were leaving Minden, Louisiana on Friday, June 2, 2023 traveling to Christiansburg, Virginia for the funeral of his sister. We were driving a 2023 F150 that was just purchased about a month prior and had approximately 800 miles on it. After about 3 hours into our 15 hour drive, we noticed our air conditioner wasn't working properly. My husband looked and saw the AC was freezing up. After contacting our dealership back in Minden, LA, they advised us that it could just be low on freon. I googled the nearest Ford Dealership and called FOREST FORD. Kandi Slover answered and became our angel of the day! She advised us to bring it in and they would take a look at it (after the technician returned from lunch). The technician hooked it up to a machine and was told the freon was "contaminated". While they drained and replaced the freon, we met some of the local folks and also Mr. Jimmie Stedman. Everyone was so nice and friendly! Within a couple of hours of arriving, we were back on the road with a very cold AC! Thank your FOREST FORD - Kandi, Jimmie, and the technicians! - for taking care of us while traveling through your town! I have told many people about the excellent service y'all provided to us! We will be forever grateful!”

“The crew here is going to get so sick of seeing me come through!! I've visited here three weekends in a row! The crew does great work. They're very quick as well, but the work is done extremely well. Walmart auto has great prices! I just think the staff on the inside dealing with customers could use some better customer training because they aren't friendly at all and don't smile. You'd think they didn't want to be at work or either hated their jobs with the vibes they put off. However, the guys working hard outside always do a fantastic job!”
