Extremely disappointing experience. I told them multiple times I needed a car today. They ran my credit, told me everything was good to go, and then suddenly came back saying the deal wouldn’t be happening today after all.
So now my credit gets hit for nothing. Poor communication and even worse business practices. If they knew they couldn’t deliver today, they should’ve said that upfront instead of wasting my time.
The sales guy had very little knowledge and didn’t seem to understand what was needed. I don’t need the car tomorrow — I needed it today, just like I clearly stated.

I have had car problems for pass 4 months no other mechanics could find the issue. The cat was transfered to them via car hauler
The tech called me upon arrival and every day to keep me updated on progress
My car was returned in 4 days. Very pleased with the professional ,friendly and quick service

Wilson Kia had the best deal on a pre- owned Sorento within a 300 mile radius from my home in Louisiana. I drove almost four hours to buy that deal!! The staff was great, the dealership clean and comfortable feeling. My salesman Chris and the team had most of my information and the paperwork ready(had been talking to him 2 days prior to visit). Everyone was great except Lance. Bahahaha, gotcha Lance, he was great too. Still waiting for my gratis gift from him for purchasing a 2024 Certified Pre-owned Sorento. He said next year but I don't think he was serious.....I'm sure he'll send a mug, hat or something really soon.

Highly recommend! Walked on the lot, immediately helped by Jason at 12:45. First time car buyer who had every question answered and explained. Drove off the lot in a new car by 4:30 after test driving 3 vehicles and going through the easiest financing process. Will be back!

I had the best experience with Wilson Kia. Aubrey sold me my car, Michael hooked me up in the financing side, and Terrance showed me all the tricks of the car. I ended up going with the Kia Carnival, best bang for your buck with a GREAT financing rate and amazing warranty. You can’t go wrong with buying here. Highly recommend. They made everything as smooth and easy as possible!
