I purchased a jeep wrangler on 2/10 from your dealership. Your trade in guy must have thought he could pull on over on me because I am female. The amount I was first shown for my trade was a slap in the face. I was already losing respect for your dealership at that point and then he was magically able to do more on the trade. I do understand business and know that everyone has to make money somewhere but to present a number that low was a joke. I know exactly to the penny the cost to fix the minor front end damage on an otherwise well kept all leather 3rd row seat Toyota 4Runner. When he tried to use the excuse of the frame being bent I almost used a few choice words at how stupid he thought I was. My step father has his own frame equipment and repair shop. You can’t fool me there!Next I was only given 1 key to the vehicle and told I would get another one. This vehicle per the paperwork was supposed to come equipped with a Mopar sunrider for my hardtop. Only the poles were in the bag in the back. I do not wish to drive 2 hours back to your dealership and would like these things handled a local dealership not at my cost.Last your finance guy was nice and smooth. He knew how to distract from questions I was asking about cost of extended warranty he was tacking on to a company I did not choose to finance through. He promised me he could match the interest rate that I was given for Keesler. He said this other company had better terms. Had I known the extended warranty was $6000 I would have laughed out loud. I drive my vehicle less than 8000 miles per year as I stated to him so why would I need 100000 mile coverage? I don’t even need the number of years that was offered. At no time was I given a cost breakdown and information for what this high dollar plan would cover or any other options. I know this is part of his commission to upsell this product. This is not my first vehicle purchase nor will it be my last but I can guarantee I will not be taking my business here nor recommending this dealership to the large network of friends and patients I come into contact with daily. At this point I will not even claim the vehicle was purchased at your dealership. It amazes me that Casey was eager to respond to my text before purchase but have heard nothing since texting a few days ago.

What a great experience! Fussy shopper - test drove 4 models of same car and Hallmark not only had the dream low mileage, pristine model at a good price, they also have Martese Parker who was incredible at getting all the different things I personally needed, taken care of. Martese made sure that this deal was a win win for everyone involved. Looking forward to working with Martese and Hallmark again. (I come from a car dealing family too, and they just did things right. )

Prior to purchasing my 2023 Hyundai Elantra, I didn't know some insurance companies will not insure it because of the high theft rate. Even if you do not have an actual key, they will still deny coverage because they said it is listed under the same category in Mississippi. If your current insurance company does insurance the vehicle, the premium is ridiculously high.

My husband and I purchased a 2022 Yukon Denali at Hallmark. It was an excellent experience , I must say. My salesperson Phillip Box done an amazing job. He didn’t pressure us to do anything that we didn’t want to. He was a great listener and got my husband and I everything that we wanted. Great Job Phillip!!

Do not go here. Took granddaughters car in for its free maintenance. Ask for no tire rotation but just to check one tire for possible leak. Got car back, did not check tires and had to take elsewhere to air it up and for repair. . They charged Hyundai for both both services. Please do not go here, I complained but no one seemed to care. Plus you have to find your vehicle yourself out in parking lot. They don't bring it to you you like other dealers.Well, three days later no phone contact made, proof the customer doesn't matter.

One of the best experiences I had buying a car Keyshawn (hope that's the correct spelling) let the sell happen no pressure or up selling. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Love the Palisade itself. However Hallmark service is the worst I’ve ever seen in 40 years of dealing with auto dealers. First and last Hyundai for us!!!Dealer response is not accurate or the text and emails during the repair process aren’t accurate. If any consumer would like to contact me directly I’ll go over all the details. Btw, Honda fixed a 11 year old sunroof in 5 days last year.

Edited after Joy the owner called me….Joy assured me Genesis corporate made the decision to close and not the owners of Hallmark. I almost took down this review but later was sent a screenshot of a story made on the Genesis of Jackson Facebook page that states “current market conditions as well as inventory concerns played a large part in this most difficult decision”. So either Joy is lying or corporate is lying. Either way the customer is the one screwed. People need to know who they are doing business with. Just be honest. Then again maybe that is asking too much of people in the car business.I purchased a Genesis less than 15 months ago here. I had the car serviced this summer. All of a sudden, with no warning to customers, they close the Genesis part of the dealership. I was told by the manager last year how important my business was as he knew people in the Jackson area have so many choices. He told me to call him directly with any issues. He hasn’t returned my call regarding door glass I need for my Genesis. The service department gave the glass company the run around for days before finally saying they couldn’t order the door glass. Clearly I made the wrong decision on which dealership to pull into on this last purchase.I gave the gm the option to return my call prior to posting this. I’ve given him over a week to respond and no return call.Do yourself a favor and drive to one of the other MANY dealerships in this area.

Terrible service. Brady is a sorry manager in the service department. Service cashier hang up in customers' faces while other customers are standing there. Please do not lie on me. I did not raise my voice at her. She was angry because I continued to inquire about the prices and she did not have any answers for me. If it was true I raised my voice, an employee still should not be hanging up in a customer's face. Customer service training teaches you to continue to be calm, professional, and knowledgeable. Based on you admitting she did hang up in my face and you are agreeing with her actions , this shows this company is not professional and deserving of this 1 star. Customer service training is needed for you, Brady, and the female employee.

I feel has if I was taking advantage of. I traded in my Infiniti for new Tucson. Before purchasing it, I was told my payments would be $734.00. After signing and getting home. After a few days later I looked over the paperwork and realized that my payments went up to $814.00, not just that I didn't have any Gap ins. Which I heard him mention Gap ins, and I said great, I had extended warranty which I didn't need for a new car. I called about this, they did remove the warranty, but could not give me Gap ins or lower my payments. They said because once I signed there's nothing they can do. I spoked with the financial institution and they said the dealer would have to make the adjustments. I'm not understanding if they can remove the warranty why is it they can't add the Gap and lower my payments. I'm now going to hurt myself trying to pay for a car that I can't afford. I feel as if I was bamboozled for them not being more clear with me. All I can do now is PRAY, because I do need a car, but I'm done with them and will not recommend them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had an exceptional experience with Jeffrey when purchasing my car. From the moment I walked into the dealership, he was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. He patiently answered all my questions and made sure I understood all the features of the car. Jeffrey went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal possible, and his honesty and transparency throughout the process were truly appreciated. Thanks to him, I drove off with the perfect car for me. If you're looking for a trustworthy and reliable car dealer, I highly recommend Jeffrey!
