A few days ago I left my 2023 Hyundai Venue with this dealership. The air conditioner abruptly stopped blowing cool air. Was informed an object had passed thru the grill, pierced the condenser, all the freon spilled out….needed to be fixed….was kept well informed throughout the day by one of the liaisons (employee to reports between service professional and customer, I guess, whatever) ….diagnostic needed to be done…this test…that procedure…got my approval, etc. At the end of the day my estimate was $1000 bucks and change……a few more things had to be completed….First thing the next morning I received a copy of an invoice including sales tax with the total amount being the $1000.00 and change. All was well…..until about 3 minutes later and I received a completely difference invoice with a total of $2269.44!!! I freaked, as expected…I called “liaison girl” who proceed to try to explain to me she made a mistake and how it happened…..which did not register at all so I ended the call and luckily knew a friend who could help me understand better…..he called and she finally explained that the service repair guys (they are obviously not professionals) refilled the freon in my car, let it spill out and had to repeat the process AND charged me twice! I called the service manager and spoke to him. He told me he was looking at the ticket and it showed a total of $1000 and change…..I agreed……he explained he would look into it…..about 30 minutes later liaison girl called me and said they had adjusted my bill and my new total was $1800 and change…..I told her I was coming to get my car and how much would it cost me to bring it home……..$500….. that was how much……which is exactly what I did……but a few more things …….the service manager did not have the professionalism or just plain courtesy to speak to me or face me after I initially called him……that is low and disrespectful…also, liaison girl was left to try to explain something she that was above her pay grade ….she was not a mechanic ….. or a mathematician……..and know one will ever convince me that the adjusted balance of $1800 was at all correct or fair……..it has been a long time since I have been screwed by what I considered a trusted and reputable business but I guess it keeps us on our ties……be aware…..don’t let it happen to you…..

Hallmark Hyundai Flowood has the very best Service Center. I greatly appreciate the associate “Mr. Chad Strickland” who is always so kind, knowledgeable, understanding, & goes out his way to make sure my Hyundai Venue is quickly serviced and any car issues are resolved.. I do apologize Mr. Strickland for being in such a hurry that I didn’t get the opportunity to thank you for taking the time to not let me leave until the mechanic could check all of the mechanical issues.

What a great buying experience. They found the car I wanted, made sure everything was good to go. They got me a great finance option. Actually walked out with a lower payment and a warranty. Buck, Casey and Mike were great! Thank you for going that extra mile!

Service was just great. Shelie was nice as ever.This is my 5th Hyundai ,3 from Hallmark 2 Sonata's, and now a Santa Cruz 2024. This truck is great, Flo was great helping me get it. I really do appreciate everything Hallmark does. Thank you!

Great service. Long story short, my motor went out in my 2015 Sonata (and no warranty) and Chad went above and beyond to show Hyundai I had kept and done all the required maintenance on my vehicle, and Hyundai approved to replace my motor. Through the entire process Chad kept me updated and explained everything to me from the beginning to the end. He even suggested some additional repairs. As a woman you can easily feel repair shops take advantage of us, but I have never felt that way with bringing my cars here. I want to thank Chad and the tech ( who actually came from.the back and talked to me to about my car. I'm sorry I don't remember your name) for being professional, courteous, and patient with me. I have had my car for 9 years and thanks to Hallmark Iooking forward to driving it another 9 years...

Avoid this dealership. The Finance Manager attempted to coerce us into purchasing unnecessary warranties by claiming they were required for loan approval, which is a form of tied selling and is illegal. When we confronted them about this, they raised the vehicle's price as retaliation. Remember, coercive tied selling is against the law, and you are not obligated to buy additional products to get a loan.
