This location suuuccckkkssss. The customer service can be ok, depending on who you get, but I have had a few bad interactions with some of the employees. Just rude, and they act like they’ve never spoken to another human being in their lifetime. Not to mention… the ATM. Need to pay your bills? Good Luck. The ATM is always broken. So if you need to deposit money after 5 pm or on a weekend, you can go ahead and drive 30 minutes into Jackson and make a sweet deposit there in the trenches, or starve… you pick!! Im saving you guys, please don’t come to this location, actually matter of fact, just go ahead and switch banks, because Wells Fargo SUCKS. ALL OF THEM.

If I only I could give zero stars. The flowood branch has very POOR customer service. Bank tellers were unfriendly, & didn’t even try to help solve my issue.

If I could give zero stars I would. After waiting patiently for the customer in front of me to finish his transaction I approached the teller with a hello how are you only to not get the same treatment back. Very rude and unwelcoming. I said I need to make deposits and I had 4. She told me she could do 2 and then I'd have to get back in the line for her to help another customer. I have never heard this ever!!! I have 4 accounts with Wells. I love the Ridgeland wells. Super friendly. And I'm sorry, first come first serve should be the motto. I am disgusting with this branch. Will never go back! Hope that tellers day gets better and maybe they send her to customer service classes.

I have 3 business and 5 personal checking accounts with Wells Fargo. First I thought this branch would be best but this Christina who is supervisor or assistant manager is very rude. She is not supposed to be at that position.2 times in row I had very bad experience with this Christina. I’m calling Wells Fargo to file a complaint against her.

After waiting almost half an hour for the one person who could exchange foreign currency, three employees were unable to find "purple paper" apparently needed for the transaction. I left...never to return to those Wells Fargo location.

With all the Wells Fargo I have visited in the area, Flowood is my favorite. I was shocked to learn that Mr Anthony is no longer there, because he has been my fave in the last several years. Ms Lisa is fabulous as well and I am looking to acquaint with the rest of the team.

I came into the bank to open an account after a lot of research on several banking institutes. I was greeted by a very unfriendly face that was immediately covered by a mask. She seem bothered by me and told me that I needed to set up an appointment to open up an account. This was very disappointing to hear and the customer service made me change my mind about banking with Well Fargo all together. Maybe I can get better treatment at another branch. The person name started Cona???? Do better.

After online process to open business checking account I was directed to stop in branch and complete paperwork. Do not stop at this branch. The staff was super rude and acted as if they were doing me a favor to even talk to me. I can’t imagine banking at a branch with staff so poorly trained in customer service.

All of the tellers and workers at this bank are the best, but Mrs. Christina is just amazing. She knows so much and helped me out with my business account and personal account. I brought in some friends and they only have a passport as an ID and she helped them out open their account with no problems. She knows her stuff.

Sign on the door says this location is temporarily closed. Wish this would’ve been reflected on Google before I left work early to get to the bank.

This branch never answers the phone. I’ve stopped going because I can’t get any service. I online bank every possible chance I get, but when I actually need something done in person they are nowhere to be found.

Ms. christina westhafer is so kind and helpful. She did a good job because we didn’t have a appointment and she had a customer with appointment but we have urgency to do something and she will be take care of us very well. Thank you for your time.

I'm pretty sure that this branch is on the ropes and is probably slated to close. You cannot walk in and get any typical banking done outside of teller deposits or withdrawals. You have to have an appointment to do anything. If you need something done financially, you will have to wait a couple of days to get an appointment and of course, with needing banking services, usually you need something taken care of immediately... why else visit a bank? They have a skeleton crew and usually this means they are on their way out. The other Wells Fargo Branches in Ridgeland and downtown Jackson can take care of things, no problem, so it's this one branch, that seems to be barely hanging on.
