Never had a problem with this Walgreens until this week, rude staff, and unable to get a prescription when promised. Called to speak with someone and was told that it was in process but would not give me a time for pickup. I have been waiting this is the 3rd day. Very disappointed in how I was treated. Would give a 0 but you can't post your review.

I was surprised when I went to leave a bad review to this Walgreens because of how they treat my wife when she goes to pick up her prescriptions. This has to be the worst reviewed walgreens I've seen personally, and reality lines up with the poor reviews.

Boy has this Walgreens gone down hill. It was great and now awful. If you see more than 2 cars in the pharmacy drive through you’re waiting at least 25 min. Now they close at 6 and there’s a sign that says “closing early due to lack of pharmacy workers”… what? Very poorly managed and should probably just close the doors.

I wish employees actually paid attention to customers waiting for 15 mins at the photo counter while they played at the checkout counter with no other customers to assist. Left without my pictures again because no one will help get them. They also lost my child’s picture order once and then sold them to someone else a second time.

Worst service and lying staff. I have been going here since I was 11 back in 2011. I grew up right down the street and I will never be coming back. Flu shot would not get reimbursed even though pharmacy staff told me to get the shot and then come in later for reimbursement through my insurance. I got my shot 12/29/23 and came in for reimbursement on 01/04/24. Covid test kit won't even get refunded. How does a covid kit not get refunded when it was unopened in perfect condition. Like yall got it in yall's system. What yall trying to take money from me for? All in all, degrading capitalistic experience. Never coming back.

Arrived at the pharmacy at 545, closes at 6. 2 cars in front of me and one behind. First car was serviced. Second car pulled up and began waiting. They sat there over 6 minutes with no service. Then the lights went out and they closed the blinds. The car in front is me drove off. I pulled up and waved at multiple staffers who avoided eye contact. Very unprofessional especially for medical professionals. As a doctor myself, you service those in your lobby or communicate that you cannot service them before closing. You don’t ignore them. Rude rude rude.

The staff is very rude at this location and stands around talking to each other and laughing instead of actually accommodating customers. There was several times I saw people laughing and joking when they could have been helping someone instead of pretending behind the computer screen. Also, I believe I was falsely given information on my medication prices as I was told one price with the pharmacist and then when I went to pick up the price was over $200 which I definitely disputed with the clerk Lisa. She seemed as though she had an issue with me challenging the price as I should have as it was conflicting information given! Just seemed irritated with me even mentioning it. Which turned out I was correct and was about to be charged over the price I was told. I find that very scamming on Walgreens behalf especially when they should be providing the upmost customer service and assisting customers as best as possible. I could’ve just went to Walmart in this case. I’m sure I would’ve also been able to use my discount card for my specific medicine which the clerk told me I couldn’t use with my insurance which is also confusing as my insurance didn’t even cover that medicine so I don’t know why she stated that as my insurance wasn’t even factored into that specific prescription. It sent up red flags for me and I will no longer be giving my services to Walgreens anymore.

My child is sick with a stomach virus. I physically listened to the Dr call in her script, then drove to Walgreens to pick it up. The lady at the pharmacy said that they had just received the script and it would be ready in 25-30 minutes. I come back in 30 minutes and the entire staff told me that they had not received the script from the Dr. the one who specifically told me the Dr called it in just sat there and lied to my face and said she never received it, as if she didn’t just tell me 30 minutes prior that she had received it. Unprofessional garbage working at this place.

The staff is always helpful and ready to serve you. The line is sometimes long but they take care of you.

Absolutely terrible service in their pharmacy. I went by a first time and they said they have not received my daughter’s prescription. I said, I will call the clinic. The pharmacist then said, I see it here, but it was not yet filled. Was asked to “come back in an hour and a half because there was nothing they could do.” I left and came back an hour and a half later. Prescription for my sick child still was not filled and a different person AGAIN told me they have not yet received it. I said, that’s strange because an hour and a half ago that guy saw it. Again, I was asked to leave and come back. Since clinic we went to was closed and we couldn’t get the prescription resent to a different pharmacy, and I knew if I left I wouldn’t get it today. So, since this time I was in the drive threw and refused to move. Finally after 15 minutes, they gave me an INCOMPLETE prescription waited another 30 minutes before I finally got my 7 year old daughter’s necessary medicine.
