All of them are horrid. Dang pharmacies would rather us be on drugs than fill a bottle of Subutex. I have tried every Walgreens in Hattiesburg and Laurel. My psychiatrist is in Slidell and I live in Taylorsville so that was another problem. Dang Walgreens. Nothing but problems

Ordering for Pickup Forest, Ms location- SOMEBODY NEED TO HAVE A MEETING ON WHAT THE ORDER LIMITS ARE ON SALES ITEMS. THEN.. Meet the the IT STAFF and make that noted on the website. FOREST MS- told me 3 per item. So I reordered - my husband go to pick up THEN IT WAS TWO PER ITEM… Though the Manager was extremely nice when I went to go pick up my original order of 5 per item SHE IS THE REASON WHY I REORDERED THE 3 EACH OF THE ARM & HAMMER DETERGENTALSO- I live 30 minutes away from that location to drive there twice to be told my order was never received ( but they’re lying- THEY CANCELLED IT IS BEYOND FRUSTRATING. A SIMPLE PHONE CALL WOULD HURT.I’ve dealt with Walgreens since I wasA young kid in Illinois NEVER EVER HAVE I EXPERIENCED SUCH CONFUSION.AND IM certain it’s not just me. and continually saying “we’re just a small store to your customers RECTIFIES NOTHING!!!

Walgreens, Pearl, MS. Pharmacy - THE WORST!
Worst service I have ever received from Walgreens. Arrived for a Covid test, waited, couldn’t find me in system, waited, was told to drive around and return to the end of the drive-thru line and waited. Waited, waited and waited. Although I entered my current address when scheduling appointment, they couldn’t find. When drive-thru clerk sent test 1, it apparently fell as she rambled on with test instructions. As she sent another over, she clearly wanted me to hear her say, “somebody else need to wait on her.” She sent test 2 and said nothing else.

Very disappointed in walgreens today but more so with delivery service they partner with. Just know when ordering through 3rd party partners you are open to to scam. Made purchase and then returned walgreens gives delivery person my refund and then since return was processed kept item so I'm out of my money and product. Wow never would have thought walgreens played in streets with the likes of walmart when it came to customer satisfaction! Yes They do. THANKS FOR THAT Lesson u get a thumbs upon schooli schooling a customer butsit back and relax your feet cause I'm about to get in streets with ya and play in the mud

Walgreens Pharmacy in Clinton Ms is absolutely horrible. The pharmacy techs are very rude and flippant. I understand that they absorbed customers from Fred’s pharmacies but this has been a couple of years. There’s always a ridiculously long line inside and drive thru. There are ALWAYS disgruntled workers claiming to be short staffed. The phone is constantly ringing off the hook!!! And no one in the pharmacy answers the phone. I am officially done with the Clinton Ms location of Walgreens.
