This is a typical corporate owned telecom carrier store. They usually do not have much of a wait to get served and about half the staff is great to work with, the other half just so so. They have handicap parking and access but no public bathroom facilities. Store is clean and manager usually keeps it well stocked.

I want to thank Kai for his help today. I came in to have my phone cleaned due to possible malicious malware from opening a link. He spent about an hour helping me (and I am clueless about my phone) installing a malware app, setting it up and going through and checking my phone. Way above and beyond than he probably had to. Again. Thank you Kai! This is customer service at its best!

Tried 3 weeks in a row to be seen at this store. Each time my family and I were completely ignored, not spoken to, no offer of help. The last time we finally asked why everyone else was going first and was told they "didn't realize" we needed help. Even after asking questions, there was no help offered and 2 additional customers were seen first. We finally just left again. I'd love to try the service, but I don't know what to do. ?
