People are friendly but if you are late they are not able to get you unloaded, claiming that they are too busy. Not sure why, holiday traffic, low manning issues, etc. Suggest boycotting any loads to and from this place.

8am appointment. Didn't think I'd spend all day here. But, I was wrong. Don't book another load till you have your unloading paperwork in hand. Several people running around on a golf cart asking for your paperwork. Yet still sitting. You'll get unloaded finally. Then another long wait for your signed Bol.

Don’t book load here these people unprofessional lazy worthless. Checked in 6am for a 7am appointment nobody came out till 12 then the guy comes doesn’t tell me a door number had to turn around and wait another 30 mins for him to walk bk out. Not including the unload don’t book here if you care about your time
