Husband’s entire Tux was too small. He was given the wrong shoes, wrong bow- tie, wrong everything. Definitely not acceptable after spending good money towards a very important event.

Son ordered a super slim shirt and it was so tight he could not breath comfortably. It was last minute going for pictures with 3 other proms that same weekend. Store was PACKED!! I called in a panic and Tom at our local store saved the day, the pictures and the dance. The entire staff was so nice and accommodating they practically met me at the door to make the exchange. Thank you to our local store!!

I have to say my family received the BEST service I have had from anywhere in MS in a loooong time! I was very impressed with the staff. The quality of the suit is wonderful and my husband was fitted and tailored within 45 mins. And they were a tad busy. Major kudos!!!!!!! I definitely recommend.

Probably the best suit/tuxedo store in town. Went there to get a suit for prom. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They had a good selection on some nice suits for a bargain price. If you want a quality suit for a reasonable price go here.

We were Tuxedo Junction on Friday the 18th. Let me just sat, every employee working was extremely polite. Our son is getting married in a few weeks, and my husband needed to get fitted for a complete suit. We didn't even think about it being prom season. These guys were out the door busy! I believe it was Mr. Tom, who actually assisted us. Let me just say, I can't thank you enough for your time and patience. My husband hates to go shopping, especially for clothes, and one of the biggest reasons is his size, and because he has parkinsons, so I almost always have to help him. Many places don't take into account when, a spouse or elderly person might need assistance in the dressing room. Not only did Mr. Tom give us ample time, and allow me to help my husband, he did all this with genuine patience, and respect. I can't thank you enough for assisting us in getting him fitted, and ordering his suit. This is definitely a place that values your business!! We will be returning customers for any additional formal wear/special occasion events!!

We've known tuxedo junction through many interactions including high school proms and now our wedding. Their staff is friendly, place is clean, and their services capable. They were actually able to match our tie color exactly to our bridesmaids dresses. I'm from Tupelo, I had a guy from new Albany, guy from Chattanooga, and folks from Ellisville submit measurements through the online portal and everything fit perfectly! Amid Covid shortages, Tom was never short on supplies while others struggled to order stuff in. This is a solid and honest business, I'd recommend checking them out next time you need a tux rental.

This place is an entire joke. I am one of the bridesmaid for a friend of mines wedding. She used this boutique and it has been nothing short of disaster. From the jump we were told come in we take your measurements and get your dress no need to worry it will be done and fit. WRONG! They took out measurements. we paid not only for the dress but for it to be customized to our measurements and to be expedited due to "not making it on time if not paid". So not only were we told it would be made to fit but told it was to be as a rush order. We paid June 10th and exactly 4 months to the date sept 10th we were told we could come pick our dresses up. only to our surprise to pick up dresses that had not been altered which we were told we were paying for. every Single one of us had dresses that were way too big, long, short and so forth. I was measured at a very clear sized 2 and was sent a size 8 with D cup best shell. I'm an a cup on a good day! When speaking with the owner about our concerns she was very intrusive and rude and over talked us basically saying in her fine print on paper that we don't actually pay for the exact measurements just something similar to size . that we would have to pay once more for alterations. Take in mind this is 4 days before a wedding. I took my dress to two other expert alteration specialists who said exact words "this dress was not measured to your body at all this is a stock version size 8 . No alterations or anything close to your measurements Have been done." they even went onto the website to verify my dress in no way shape or form was close to my measurements nor had been made close to my measurements to fit. So when I mentioned this we were told "oh don't worry about a thing we have someone who can fix it " not even mentioning that we would once more be charged to fix a dress we had already been charged for to be altered to fit us! Every single bridesmaid dress. Then to top the cake. The brides mothers dress was not correct they paid for it to be altered once only for it still to not fit after being tried on a second time. Only to once again pay for it to be altered correctly a second time for a service they'd already paid for and didn't receive correct the first time. This place lies and truly maxes out payments as long as you let them. I would NEVER recommend this place again.

Not a great place for trying on suits, but the selection and price is superior to any other in the area. The staff is also very helpful.
