I recently had an experience at your salon that I feel compelled to share. While getting a pedicure, there was an incident that I found quite concerning and unsanitary. During the service, The pedicurist grabbed a bowl and dipped water out of my bowl a few times to add to the person's bowl next to me. This made me uncomfortable, as my feet were already submerged in the water. I couldn't help but think about the potential risk of cross-contamination and the spread of infections or fungi. ??? It is crucial to prioritize the health and safety of clients by following strict protocols to prevent the spread of infections. Additionally, she was not friendly and did not make any effort to make me comfortable.
I hope that the spa take this feedback seriously.

Normally, I’m pleased with the job done on my nails at Tranquility. This time though “Lam” did my nails and he did a pitiful job. I’m so disappointed to have spent all that money and time to wind up with my nails that look like I went to the drugstore and bought cheap press on nails that were too thick and then had my 10 year old granddaughter paint them for me. Never again.

I went to this nail salon to try something new out, I wanted a basic French tip nail, the lady that I got was really rough on my nails, could tell that she wasn’t taking her time at all, didn’t try to conversant with me, she was filing my nails very rough and kept accidentally sliding and chipping my skin from going way to fast, I wanted a square shape and they looks like ovals, I will not be going back to this place, the rest of the nail techs were very sweet, it was just this one lady, she didn’t drill under the nail so there’s excess Powder and nail under it, was overall a terrible experience.

1st time there and unfriendly environment with plans to never go back. I was tired and in hurry when dishonest employee overcharged when I mentioned total without correction by a few dollars. Did not realize until I thought about price again when she hesitated & looked up when I got home. Lesson learned. If you go, proceed with caution (unfriendly environment + dishonest employees).

I have been here several times. Tried it out as a coworker said she enjoyed the atmosphere. I started out with manicure. My nail tech, Ivy did an awesome job. She and I had a pleasant conversation. During my visit, she helped educate me on the importance of nail care. I quickly moved to do a pedicure on my next visit. The mask that was applied was amazing and made it for a relaxing visit. I used the same tech as previous as she really knows her stuff. I will continue to use her and this facility. Keep up the great work.

I went here about two weeks ago on a Saturday. This was my first time here and I must say I was impressed. My nail tech, Ivy was very through. She did an excellent job with my pedicure and we engaged in a pleasant conversation throughout my service. Besides trimming my toenails I also received a scrub applied to my legs. Felt good as she applied hot towels at end. She also exfoliated the bottoms of my feet. Ivy also did my manicure and I was pleased with it as well. I didn’t have to get up as she did in the same spot as I had my pedicure. She was very good at both services and I will return in the near future.Services: Pedicure

I tried to be positive about it, but after my family (of whom normally keep their opinions to themselves) told me how bad my hair looked, I realized they were right. I asked for my undercut to be left alone, but he ended up bleaching my whole head anyway. I'm autistic and nonverbal in public places, so I didn't speak up too much. My fault I guess. It was very poorly blended, and I asked for a whiskey brown. He ended up making the whole thing mostly red. Not what I asked for initially. I ended up buying some red dye to make it all look even, but I wanted auburn brown. It's neon red. Before and after I messed with it. What's most upsetting is that I paid $185 for something I didn't ask for.Services: Haircut

My sister went there and wanted coffin and the lady said you have to get them long to get coffin. My sister said can you do how you can but shorter and the lady said k and did the dip thin and cut her finger nails way to short to where the point they hurt. never go here plus they are very unclean and use there tolls wrong ?
