I purchased a pair of Johnson and Murphy dress shoes for $109. After only three months and 2 days, the sole started separating from the shoe. And that’s only wearing them once or twice a week. I took them back only to be told that the return policy was 60 days. I showed the defect and the manager still insisted there was nothing she could do. The problem is an obvious defect in the shoe as the other one is doing the same thing in the same spot. She said the shoes had been worn. Really? Well of course they had been worn. Why else would one purchase a pair of shoes? Anyway, She just lost a valuable customer. I’ve purchased 5 pair of shoes from them so far this year. No more! Horrible customer service. She didn’t care one bit.

I wore a pair of shoes from here one time and it made my achilles tendonitis much worse. They would not take the shoes back. This company does not have a satisfaction guarantee. I would recommend going to Fleet Feet and get professional fitting. You get what you pay for. It's worth it to me to go to Fleet Feet.
