“Excellent! In from out of town, did not have an HDMI cable for a an important presentation. I called a dozen establishments in the area where all said they did not have any. I had less than an hour before my presentation. Lynda and Jimmy went out of their way, found a cable and called me back. Their business does not typically stock these cables. Because of their customer service above and beyond normal my presentation went well. I thank them both for taking the time to local what I was searching and making my day!!!”
“I never give reviews. But I had to give PIP Printing in Ridgeland a fantastic review for working with me on printing on a special kind of paper for wedding programs. They were wonderful!! They didn't make promises they couldn't keep and were honest about the prospect of not being able to make the print happen, but they worked with me and got it done and it turned out perfect! I would use them again without question for any printing job big or small. And their prices are very reasonable for what you get in my opinion. I am very thankful for their professional services!”

“This UPS store was easy to find. The wait in line time was not long at all. The employees were very helpful, professional, and kind. I had a very large and heavy package to return. One employee had to help unload it and bring it inside for me. He did so with much kindness and professionalism without making me feel like it was a problem. The lady at the counter was very quick to get me my receipt. I was in and out of the UPS store in around 5 minutes. This store made my opinion of UPS much more positive. Other than returns, this UPS store does packaging, faxes, makes copies, shreds paper, ships items, rents mailboxes, and I am sure much more.”
