Service sucks\nDriver over filled my\npop off valve blew and started leaking\nHad to wait until I emptied the tank for them to replace it\nWhen they replaced it, during that time I was out of gas and the temperature had dropped down to 26° they was notified three times and they told me they would fill it that day. Still waiting on gas now three days later.

This is a very unscrupulous company and not worth doing business with. They will do anything to cheat you so what ever you do find anyone else to do business with.

Terrible customer service!!! They place our tank in the wrong location and then blamed us for it and said they would move it but never did. Then they would not fill our tank. After several calls and weeks later I got frustrated and call back and He said you just need to calm down if not I will just come get the tank!!!! NEVER TALK TO SOMEONE THAT MESSED UP AND BLAMES YOU!!! STAY CLEAR OF THESE JERKS!!!!

Neill Gas was hired to pipe my house. Feb 15 2020 Neill Gas came to install piping and in the process they spilled and slung oil in every room of my house. It is on the walls, floors and garage. When I arrived home to see the mess the workers said that this was a normal thing and I could get it up myself. I called Neill Gas and was told they would be out the next day to clean the mess. It has been two weeks now and nothing has been done. I was told yesterday by Mike the Manager that since they hired a sub contractor it was not there problem. He said it was the sub contractors fault. I could contact him myself to clean it up. So go with this company at your on risk . Pictures below of Oil this is after hours of me cleaning the floors myself. Thanks Mike!

Brought us propane on New Years Day! Have been using Neill Gas for the past 5 years. We are on their regular schedule so they always keep our tank up so I don’t have to constantly monitor it. However, during the brutal cold this year, I decided to check it since we have been using the heat a lot more than usual. We were down to 10%, and with the forecast of 17 tonight, wasn’t sure we would make it until Tues or Wed. I called and left a voicemail, and a couple of hours later they showed up! Thanks for the great service!
