They will let you freeze to death in a heartbeat. The fact that you are 78 with an illness doesn't matter at all. The fact that you always paid your bills, doesn't matter. Find someone else if possible, wish I had.

This is a very unscrupulous company and not worth doing business with. They will do anything to cheat you so what ever you do find anyone else to do business with.
