Very very poor customer service. Always get voicemail. Never get a call back. Takes months to get equipment serviced. Been waiting since May and today is July 8th.

Service is bad if you call you get no answer NEVER in no department so really pointless to even get a chair or anything from them cause it's hard ash to get service repairs

As a person with a spinal cord injury that relies on assistive technology for independence, I can't imagine life without Mobility Medical! They always go above and beyond for their consumers. I've always felt like they knew exactly what it felt like to be in my shoes and treated me as such. I love them and thank them for continuing to be my bridge to independence.

I had my doctor order me something.I have insurance. THEY ARE THE RUDEST PEOPLE IVE EVER MET .It all about more money I gave them a 1 if i could it be the a zero...unreal how you get treated.. you can go goggle what you need walmart, Sam's club every place carries medical supplies less than half they charge.I save 80 dollars on one thing.Guess you paying for the location. FLOWOOD...Don't go here

Looking for a CPAP and was suggested to go see them. It took them weeks to respond to me. I established an appointment and did my research on what I wanted in a device. I was greeted by Mark who had no clue about what I needed or what my prescription was when he met me. He was unprepared to have a discussion. I asked a few questions and determined this was absolutely not the place for me. Mark was not helpful at all he was standoffish and rude. When I posed a question he said who said that rudely. I left after a few moments to get some professional help

I had such a great experience with Ramey, Danyelle, and the Permobil rep, Allison, with getting my new standing wheelchair - permobil F5. the service was quick and everyone was extremely helpful, patient, and thorough. I absolutely love my new chair and I'm so thankful for this company and the people who actually care about what they do. It is life changing for people like me who depend on the quality of service when it comes to my medical equipment. I'm so happy I chose to go with Mobility Medical

Zero follow up from these people. They won't even return a phone call. My automatic issuance of medical supplies do not come to me nor can I get someone on the phone to make an order. Only time I've been successful getting any information or help from these people is when I took time out of my work schedule to go to their business and corner them until I get what I need. I will NEVER do business with this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone
