“The laboratory phlebotomist was absolutely excellent. I had a particular code for a master blood panel from an out of state doctor that did not register in the Quest database. She worked with me and the doctor's nurse to get the right codes. In the meantime she was working other clients in to get the designated testing done for them. She actually had to enter all the individual codes in manually (about 2 dozen). She did not skip a beat and was as polite and cordial and anyone could ask for. I came from out of town and was worried that I would not be able to get the required testing done. However, she worked with me and persisted until the codes were properly entered and she took the necessary blood draw. She is a jewel as she was the only personnel in that office. My hat goes off to her. She needs a raise!”
