My vehicle was in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told of 3 recalls that needed to be performed. One caused a glitch in my radio/nav system. My vehicle ended up having to be left for several days and a new system installed. Everyone went above and beyond to take care of me and make sure my vehicle was repaired properly. I cannot say enough good things about the tech, Jimmy Pittman. He has been there for several years and has always handled any problem that I may have. He is the reason I purchased another Dodge Durango after putting 240k on my 14 Durango which I still own.

This place is a joke, they will pull 7 hard inquiries on your credit report without asking. Then you will work for 2 years to remove the inquires.
Management is extremely RUDE and will talk over you like you are beneath them, even when asked to be left alone he will follow you around like chewing gum on your shoe talking the whole time.
This is by far the worst experience in car buying I have ever experienced.
If you feel like you must have that car from them, and simply can not buy from anywhere else, then tell yourself, You Have Been Warned!

I've been searching for a new car since the beginning of the year, and they had the EXACT one I wanted! The deal was truly unbeatable. As a first-time car buyer, I was nervous, but Ricky, David, and Abe (I believe that was his name) made the whole process so easy! If you're even slightly considering getting a new or used vehicle, don't hesitate to come here. I drove about 3 hours to this dealership, and it was absolutely worth it!

I recently traded in my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Sahara that I bought here in March 2020 off the showroom floor. The process was quick with great customer service. I recently traded in that jeep for a Rubicon @ CIA Autoplex in Gluckstadt. I tried calling here multiple times with no luck. So I found Noah Bonsall's email address on their website & reached out about cancelling my extended warranty & gap. He was polite & prompt. I received my refund checks within 30 days. Had to batteries and a wheel alignment. It doesn't take almost 5 hours to do that. None of my settings in my car was the way it was when they gave me my car.
