They charged me for my $280 order that was canceled along with almost another $500. They also refuse to take this off of my bank account. Because of them we are not able to do the things that are needed like going to the grocery store. I would recommend not shopping at any Lowe's ever. I know that I will not!!!I would give them negative stars if I could!!!!!!!!!!!

This location is spotless and organized. The store layout is easy to understand and accessible. I have found that the staff here doesn't generally communicate with customers unless the customer asks them for help first which can be slightly frustrating, especially when you are standing there, clearly needing assistance.

Went to the Flowood location yesterday to find a filter for my Mother's refrigerator. There were two guys working in that dept. One was an older gentleman that I think was named Albert and a younger man with a beard. They were both very professional and helped me to order a filter as they did not have it in stock. Great experience!!! Will definitely go back when needed!!!

Do not, repeat, do not order an appliance from the Flowood MS Lowe's. Ordered a $1k washer dryer set online. I've previously purchased/had appliances delivered from Flowood. No delivery fee. When I placed the order a notice popped up "pick up only." I called the store, explained to them that I have no way to pick up a washer/dryer. I don't have a Tommy lift gate truck! Not many people do. During the call they also told me that the dryer they had in stock had a dent on it. And they would reduce the price. Fine, I told them I would take it. But the girl kept saying that there would be a delivery charge. I believe it was $90. I told her I lived within the advertised 50 mile radius for free delivery and I had never paid for delivery. She got the manager on the phone and he said yes, we will charge you. I explained that on the website it says no delivery fee within 50 miles and he said, "things have changed." Basically dismissed me. I did a online chat at lowes.com and the person told me that they would not charge me. I Immediately got an email saying that the washer was coming from Jackson store and the dryer was coming from Hattiesburg store. I thought this was odd but I didn't question it. As long as I got my washer/dryer. They also said there would be no charge. Long story short, the washer has arrived but Hattisburg at least had the courtesy to call and say they don't know why they got told to deliver a dryer to me because they don't even have this one in stock. After numerous phone calls all day today I finally got confirmation I will get a dryer from Laurel. It's almost 7 PM and no dryer. So who knows? All of this was caused by the Flowood manager deciding he was going to charge me for something that should be free. It's not my fault that the dryer was dented. I'm assuming that's why he doesn't want to deliver it. Extremely disappointed in the store and this manager! Never again!

Worst customer service possible. I was trying to special order some Roman shades for my home. Three employees were sitting down. They advised I'm not here. If this is not bad customer service I don't what it is. I normally have to drive to Madison just to get hood customer service. This makes no sense.
