This place is outrageous when it comes to costs for one small dog...$99 for an Emergency and $75 for a routine visit. That's a little high for my budget what about yours?? I found another one called Vet Care on Highland. That vet was so Compassionate and all visits including Emergency visits was $51 .They worked with me on a payment plan. Plus TEXT me about an emergency after hours. I would have had to pay $500 for 2 small Chihuahua size dog s only one getting the rabbies vaccine. The other a heartworm check and boardatella vaccine..That Crazy greedy for money. Good thing I asked to add it all up before the checkup . Places ridiculous only for the rich and screw the ones on a fixed income . Absolutely terrible poor animals have to suffer no wonder why people abandon their pets because I can't afford them in these day and age . God have mercy on us all

I have two cats that have needed immediate attention. Lakeland staff has been phenomenal and their veterinarian personnel have been wonderful in addressing my babies issues. Even though Lakeland is a distance from our home, I will continue to take our kitties to Lakeland for care.

Our dogs love them . Get your doggie a bath and nails trim and lots of loving by staff . Our cats love them too , they helped Mr. Camo last summer after snake attack he is doing great all healed took over 2 months they did great job doctoring on Mr. Camo .

I am a diehard cat person, so following Dr. Rumbavage’s retirement from All About Cats, I was seeking to work with a vet who I felt innately good with, to whom I could ask all the questions, and from whom my cat(s) receive thoughtful care. Two years on, I feel confident in Lakeland Animal Clinic! I find Dr. Emery to be attentive, knowledgeable, proactive, and gentle, and her staff to be warm and welcoming. I feel that pricing is fair, and—ultimately—that my cats are in really good hands.Recently, one of my beloved cats developed an aggressive form of oral cancer, for which there is really no good outcome. I was wrecked, but my cat received heartfelt care from Dr. Emery, and her staff, throughout the process up to his passing (thank you, LAC).Highly recommended!

Lakeland Animal Clinic has always made prescription pickup easy and quick. The times where I have brought my dog in for an appointment the Staff has been great. Chloe Emery was my vet and she does a fantastic job - very knowledgeable.

I love this vet!! Conveniently located in Flowood. All the staff are very friendly. I bring both my cats here. Reasonable prices, in my opinion. Very responsive as well!! Bonus kitty that hangs out in the lobby area. The office is designed really cute too

Could not recommend this veternary office more. Dr. Emery was absolutely amazing from start to finish- not only her but the whole staff is kind, patient, and informed(truly I loved all the staff which is hard to find in any hospital/doctor office for humans or animals). My kitty had to go in for a life threatening blockage that ended in a pretty big surgery and Dr. Emery made sure I was well informed in all matters, walked us through all our options and helped us find financial help options due to our family being in a tough spot after a rough couple of months- even without the Care Credit program the charges were surprisingly low considering everything that needed to be done. I've only been to about 3 other vets before this one, but this is the only one I have no complaints about. They genuinely care for your animals and for you as the pet parent. Thank you guys so much for taking care of Ohgie!
