If you want to make your taxes a stressful journey, enough to train you be vigilant of any errors that the supposedly very experienced staff makes, then this place should be the go to place. For me, I will never go there again.

My taxes were 2 years behind and somewhat complicated. My previous tax preparer had retored on my without warning and caused a lot of stress and worry. Joyce Robinson along with H&R Block truly put my worries and fears to rest. Joyce was very patient and helpful and put a complicated situation to rest with her expertise, i couldn't have asked for better and friendlier service! I can't say enough how much weight Joyce and H&R Block have taken off of my shoulders, thank you!

The employees i worked with and the tax pro were very helpful and professional! They worked with me even on their days off to meet a deadline with a lender and were cheerful and caring in completing my taxes.
