Great experience with an online order. Placed the order on a Sunday night and the order was ready for me on Monday morning. The staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. Love Hollywood Feed for my "old" fur baby needs.

I love Hollywood feed !! I have a yorkipoo that i got in 2018 that i have had on Fromm and he loves it . I also have a toy poodle that had lots of issues when i got her and since being on Fromm she does so much better and now i have a 5 month old yorki so they are all on Fromm . The only one i dint have on Fromm is my cat and you know cats are picky lol and he lives his Meow mix basted so i just let him go with thst and his sheba perfect portions lol

My husband and I went to this location for the first time on July 14th, trying to find a wet food for our rescue kitten because he has been on a full dry food diet and we wanted to treat him, we’ve tried multiple kinds of wet foods and he will not touch them. So we were hoping that maybe a more upscale wet food might be able to entice him enough. We were thinking that talking to a worker would be fine and it was not. I don’t remember her name but she made my husband and I feel so shamed and she judged us very poorly because we were feeding our kitten dry food since “its full of corn and wheat” and it’s “[our] fault he would not eat wet food” even though we’ve tried all kinds of wet food for him removing the dry food, etc. We felt like crap leaving the store because that worker felt like it was her job to treat us poorly for being a first time cat owner and trying to learn how to make his life more enjoyable by trying to add other kinds of food.
This was all due to saying that the kitten is eating purina liveclear due to my allergies and that this is the only way my family can have a cat.
We will most likely never be coming back to this store or location.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are pet owners themselves and love sharing helpful tips. They are more thwn happy to point out helpful tools too. I didn't know there was an additive you could add to your pets water that cleans their teeth, but I am so thankful they told me about it! Highly recommend!

Fantastic staff and store. Extremely helpful. Great variety of quality food & items. They also special order our raw food. Plenty of parking. This is by far the best pet store around.
