Would go lower if I could. Reservation was for 8am. We sat in the parking lot until 8:45 and no one showed up. We cancelled and got a car from Enterprise. Much better customer service over there. Don’t waste your time here. Another customer was sitting in the parking lot waiting and he told us it’s pretty normal for them to be late.

It was a nice & clean environment, but there were some negative experiences. The three negative experiences were. First, the credit card scanner did not work properly for my card. The staff tried it several times on different machines. The card scanner did not have the capability to read the Chip. Primarily, credit cards have the Chip and that's mainly what scanners read now. A suggestion is that the company for Hertz to upgrade their credit card scanner for the chip or even the tap screen, so it will work properly for all credit cards.Second, is to have smoke-free cars for customers to rent. The SUV that I rented smelt like smoke.Third, is to have a tank full of gas or at least a decent amount of gas in it. The SUV that I rented was at the (E) empty level. When I returned the vehicle, it was on a half of a tank. It would have been nice if I could have received some type of credit.Thank you

This company going to call me at 1:30pm to tell me that I had a crack on the passenger side windshield In which was not there when I parked it in front of there building at 5:15pm yesterday so you seen this only car when you open the door to come to work but you called me at 1:30pm….I know it was not a crack tin the windshield whatever happen between the people that detailed it and this lie. Seems like the this business has no idea of customer service. They didn’t have cars, but they had confirmed my rental car, so I showed up at the place to find out I wouldn’t get my rental car since they didn’t have any. No apologies, just a reckless attitude.

Horrible customer service. Tony the employee locked the doors at 5pm and said had to leave and wouldn't honor my reservation through hertz or provide any assistance. Worst rental experience ever! Lot was full of cars and the lady in front of me didn't even have a reservation yet got a car. Guess when 5pm comes you better leave and your reservation will not be honored. Called corporate to file formal complaint. They said vehicles were available at location to rent and were also available next morning at 8am. Guess they are too lazy to care.

Made reservation & upon arrival to location, CSR (Tony) advised me there was a glitch in computer system, but went above and beyond my expectations in getting the situation resolved & getting me on my way in my rental. I believe he advised that he was the assistant manager of the location, but with his experience, knowledge, problem solving skills, I believe he could be an amazing asset to Hertz Rental managing his own location & training his employees how true customer service should be utilized in order to ensure customers have an experience like mine. Inside of location was very clean & clutter free, there is not a public restroom. I recommend this location if you’re in area and in need of rental

This location/company needs to overhaul it's online presence. Their website allows reservations to be booked even when there are no available vehicles. I wasted $20 on uber rides to and from this location due to its disorganized inventory.
