“Great experience overall, even though the online reservation system over communicates the fact that you have a reservation. Several messages via text, email and phone call was a bit too much. Regardless, they were ready with the right vehicle that was clean. Both pick up and drop off were seamless and the vehicle operated as designed, no issues no hiccups, just as needed, moving is hectic enough as is. I would rent again from U-Haul and I would rent again from the Ridgeland location.”

While we were not able to acquire their services due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, they went above and beyond to help us out when their nearest competition, where our original reservation was, decided they wanted to double the price that was quoted in the reservation. Will definitely being using Penske next time I need a rental truck.”
