If you are a military member do NOT use this dealership. Check out the stories about this specific Dodge dealership selling cars out from the owners. This place should be blacklisted for predatory practices. DISGRACEFUL, Dodge shouldn’t sell them another vehicle. Don’t be a FNG a get screwed over here, order your dodge from absolutely ANYWHERE ELSE.

For sure a headache! If you have a extended warranty just save your self time and don’t take your car here! Mine was a sitting duck, when it first got there because of one of their employees who didn’t check my car in. I’m thinking about getting my car towed to another dealership .

Would give negative number is I could. They have had our 2022 Ram 2500 since mid July for rear end damage. Not once have they initiated a communication with us about the status of repairs. They rarely return calls. We called 2 weeks ago and they said the work had been completed for a week! However , they are now charging almost $800 more than what insurance initially agreed. Insurance has reached out to them 4 times for additional info for the charges and they still haven't gotten back with them. Even though they said it was repaired, husband went and got some paperwork to take to insurance for Mac Haik, and the spare was still on the truck!

I sent email after being asked to contact Mr. McDonald. It's been five days with no phone call or email. I am attaching the two invoices we received after 6 weeks of dealing with the service department. Notice the errors. One bring the mileage which was 70,282 when we left it. We learned a very hard lesson!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I took my vehicle there to get services they i put in writing that I needed with prices not only did they not honor the prices I say there for over five hours waiting on a vehicle they never started on...the service manager said he would not honor the prices his employee gave me and sent me out the door!I was paying over 1800.00 in tires rotors and brakes and now someplace else will get this business

Went over to look for a car for my daughter. The salesman Michael Cook seemed very un-engaged with me. I went dressed as if I couldn't afford what i was asking for. After i showed him the vehicle i wanted to buy and found out it was at their other location he refused me service or wouldn't check on any information on the vehicle because i wanted to go to their other location to view it:. Guess he wasn't interested unless it was him assisting with the sell and his commission! Very unprofessional with little to no customer service skills! Definitely will be buying elsewhere now!!!

The cars that are being sold at each location are not good quality. Had my truck for less than a week and the transmission went out. I had to spend money getting it towed back to the dealership while also still paying on a car that I am not driving which makes no sense to me. You think you would be going to a good dealership because the location is in flowood but no you have to do full inspection on cars from anywhere before you sign anything especially from this place. I've been paying on my truck since February and haven't even been able to drive it. I would not recommend this place for a car that you can depend on for years to come.

Initially I had a bad experience with the service department. But one of their service advisors stepped in and fixed everything. He had me calmed down and the problem corrected before I realized it. Ted Alexander is a top notch representative of Mac Haik! If you go to Mac Haik for service my advice is talk to Ted.The only way I'll go back is if I can deal with Ted. Ted is a service advisor but if I ever think about buying a vehicle from them I'll insist on dealing with Ted. They can make that work or I'll be going somewhere else. I guess you can tell he impressed me.

If you are ever thinking doing business with this dealership run as fast as you can and never turn back! They are a bunch of LIARS starting from the GM all the way to their sales people. They make up stories about "how your car got damaged in transport" simply because they sold the car they agreed to sell you in writing to the highest bidder. Then they keep promising you for months that their check is being sent for your loss (right Parker Bullock ?) but the check after almost 6 months never gets to you. It is time to involve lawyers at this point and make sure that this dealership gets less business by letting people know about their shady and greedy business practices. They do not have a backbone nor any morals, their only friend is money which is a shame! DO NOT GIVE ANY BUSINESS TO THESE SHADY DEALERSHIP!
