Debbie downers the cashier literally stood behind me not speaking just looking at me at check so obviously ? if u was that close u might as well checked me out then! On top of that it they didn't come to check out till like went to it the customer before me didn't have extra eyes on him but I'm on the phone checking out turn around and someone's staring at me didn't even speak so I took extra time and she literally went to the front door waiting on me to leave keep in mind she was stocking makeup when I came into the store

I stopped here on Friday, May 3 to pick up a small item. Of course it was locked in a security box that must be removed at check out. There was NO employee anywhere to be found to check me out and everything on the counter said to use the self-check out. Why are things locked in security boxes if they do not have anyone to remove the box????

Andrea, in the pharmacy, answered right away and helped me with my problem with my prescription. In my opinion, her customer service , pleasantness and knowledge went far above what 5 stars mean.

Worthless lazy place holders working the pharmacy. They just decided they would ignore me in the drive thru the last 10 minutes they were open so they wouldn’t have to do anything. Lowlife trash.

Terrible customer service. While very sick, I sat in the drive through line for 30 minutes with at least 5 other cars behind me.. and after pushing the call button several times and even honking my horn not one person had enough sense to either tell me it would be a moment or tell me the drive through was closed. There were several people who passed by the window and didn't acknowledge me--one person even stood in front of the window with her back turned and never once looked up. I ended up calling them and getting the automative service which told me my prescriptions were not ready so I left.. Then while looking on my app I notice my insurance was not up to date... By the time got through to them on the phone and got it corrected, they informed me I wouldn't be able to get my medicine anyways because they close in 3 minutes.. If they would have helped me in the first place it could been corrected an hour before hand and I would've been able to get my medicine well before they closed! I understand they get busy but they need to be trained on how to manage their customers better because this is unacceptable. This is not the first bad experience I have had with a CVS pharmacy.. seems like all the locations are horrible.

This is the most disappointing experience from a group of humans. The lack of decency and compassion is unreal. I TOOK my 95 year old mother in for a Covid 19 booster after I checked the day before for vaccine availability. Was told the pharmacist on duty was not taking walk ins. Then someone could have told me that the day before and take the sign down that said ‘Walk Ins Welcome’. You will see this again.

This pharmacy is pathetic. I do understand most businesses are struggling with having adequate staffing. I’ve called this place three times trying to get a prescription transferred and can’t get anyone to pick up. When you go to P/U your prescriptions, you better be prepared to wait at least 30 min or more.

I went to the CVS at about 6:45 this evening and the lady (I could point her out for you) was very rude with me. Also hung up on me more than once when I called beforehand. I told her my fiancé has been to a CVS before and she didn’t even proceed to ask for his date of birth or his name to see if he was in the system to try to fill my prescription for me, only that we are about to close is what she says and just has a careless attitude and told me I’d have to come in to fill out a profile for him but again he had already been at the CVS location before, so shouldn’t he be in the system?

The absolute WORST pharmacy EVER. I will be changing pharmacies EXPEDITIOUSLY after this. My prescription was sent in ELECTRONICALLY YESTERDAY and still not ready this morning. This is not the first time it has happened like this, but DEFINITELY the last.
