Drive through takes forever, they never have prescriptions ready in time, pharmacists are incompetent. You're better off going to Walgreens done the street

I have been a customer at this store for a decade. Most unhelpful people. Can take days to get your prescription filled. I can't say how many times I have gotten a notification my prescriptions are ready only to get there and they aren't. And how many times I get there and they only have 1 of 3 because the others are "out of stock". There's a CVS across the street at Target and they never do any of that stuff. And they'll say thank you.

Absolutely the slowest and most disrespectful pharmacy I have ever used. It’s a nightmare to go through and I will definitely be moving elsewhere.

The pharmacist Bria was rude, and after I waited several minutes as the first car in the drive thru, she refused to fill my prescription at the window using a Good Rx coupon because it would hold up the line. There were no cars behind me. Unacceptable customer service. As the leader in the pharmacy, I would expect exceptional customer service. I will never have a prescription filled here again.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. They are slooooooooooow, unorganized, and just don't seem to have much of an idea what's going on. I'm currently sitting in the drive through line... I've been here for an hour.

I called last week to get refills. I went with the automation giving my refill numbers. When I got their they were out of lyic and had not received the orther orders i placed. I called today and one of the refills had been picked up. I have not picked any of the refills up. Every month theirs a problem. there seems to be a problem.

Do not use the CVS Pharmacy in Flowood! Odds are they will not have your medications in stock! They generally suck at a job that supposedly specialize in!

If I could give zero stars I would. I'm promised my prescription in 30 minutes and an hour and a half later they still don't have it. Have of the medicine they don't have in stock and the girl at the counter was beyond rude. How do you not have basic routine sinus medicine. So frustrated with this store. Rude, never have anything in stock and empty promises

Have you ever been to a pharmacy and leave feeling like you need to check to be sure you have the right pills and the right count? Well, this is by far the Slowest and worst pharmacy on the block; waited 45 minutes for a prescription fill. IN ADDITION TO THAT, I get home, count my pills and notice they only gave me 29 of my 30 pill prescription. But even worse than the wait and being short one pill (which is the equivalent of $29 since the 30 pill prescription costs $296 for fill) - The worse part of this was having to hear one employee whine and repeatedly complain about how she "doesn't get paid for working past 9:00pm". From now on, I will definitely be going back to my regular CVS pharmacy located inside of Target. I've never waited longer than 15 minutes at that location.

When you are told an hour, give them two and call ahead to make sure it's ready. Otherwise, you get to wait or come back later and still wait.

1 star because you can't give it zero. Poor customer service, general lack of human empathy, as a healthcare professional I would not recommend anyone to get services here.
