I shopped at the Flowood store today I needed a new phone and I just want to say I received EXCELLENT service. The young lady that helped me named LORIEL was AWESOME, she answered all my questions and was very informative and patient with me. This will definitely be my go to Cricket store from now on...

Favorite TOP TIER location’ would recommend ANY & EVERYONE to visit the Flowood location! Manager is WONDERFUL & knows her stuff! Store is super clean and they get you in and out for any services in less than 15/20mns! MUST GO TOO!

Went to this location yesterday and could not have been more impressed!!! Melissa is FANTASTIC!!! She could teach customer service!! This will be my new location go to from now on!
