Unfortunately, we have made our last purchase here. I came in and purchased a shirt for my husband on Saturday night. I asked the nice kid at the register if I would be able to return the shirt if it didn't fit him. The guy told me yes, sure. So, with that information I made the purchase. Unfortunately, the shirt was far too big for him. I came in today to look for a small, but there wasn't one. I went to the counter to make the return and was told that store credit was the only option for a sale item. I explained that his staff was informing customers otherwise BEFORE making their purchases. There was no apology and I left somehow feeling like it was my fault for believing the guy who works for him. I appreciate the quality of merchandise, but I can't support a business that can't follow through with their word or offer an apology for a misunderstanding. Fingers were pointed and blame was shifted to get me out of the door. Poor customer service.
