I have been going to this gym an avg of 200-250ish days/year since 2016. Over those 7 years I’ve used multiple locations. In 2018 we cancelled my wife’s membership (so we thought). But apparently the paperwork wasn’t located. We have been getting charged over the last 5 years for both of us. I didn’t cause a big fuss. I just simply asked for an equivalent credit to my account because I’m so active there. The best they could offer was 1 year free for my wife. This isn’t about getting money, back but taking care of loyal customers..

I started going back to the gym first of the year, like a lot of others. I started working with trainer David Turner to hold me accountable and provide workouts I can follow. He has been awesome to work with. He is super knowledgeable, always makes sure my form is correct, pushes me to train harder and is just a really nice guy. He always wants to help and never makes you feel like you are a bother when you have a question. It’s been a great experience working with David and it makes you excited to workout. He is definitely an asset to the Flowood location. I’m looking forward to seeing how I increase my strength over the next year with his help. Also, the gym is big, has a good layout and has everything you will ever need, whether it be weights or cardio. It’s been a great experience all the way around.

If you're looking for a gym with total freedom and no rules, this is the place for you! In a hurry and only have a limited amount of time to workout? Just head to the Club and immediately lay claim to every piece of equipment you want and screw anyone else that may need it also, but at least this way you will be able to do your workout quick and in a superset style! Got a social media account with 1+ followers (I said what I said) and need some good content!? Come to the Club and record your entire workout while freely using any piece of equipment to prop your camera OR just screw it and bring in a tripod! If anyone gets in your shot, just cuss at them and let them know how you feel! Even though this is clearly against the rules as posted on their website, feel free to break these rules as everyone else does because management (including regional) is apparently to gutless/spineless to actually enforce their rules and would much rather be your friend than do their jobs! Afraid your notoriously bad BO will repel the ladies (because it can't be anything else *eyeroll*), feel free to douse yourself in cologne before a good workout and repel everyone else who's choking on the fumes. This doesn't even mention the arrogant slamming of a whopping 135 lb deadlift every rep in hopes of getting someone's attention only to discover that no one gives AF...oh wait...I just mentioned it. The CLUB4 Fitness...your place to be if you want to work out with a bunch of selfish idiots who are overseen by gutless management at all levels and where EVERYTHING is permissible! Hell...now that I think about it, I may grab a full production crew and head in there myself after loading up with a full bottle of cologne and slam some deadlift CrossFit style while also supersetting a few other machines. Lights, cameras, operators, etc because I know I can get away with it! See you there!

So, I recently hit the gym between 4-7 pm, and boy, do I have some thoughts to share. While the place has its perks, there were a couple of things that left me a bit frustrated.First up, let's talk about the staff. When I walk in, I feel like I am invisible. They were too busy chatting with each other or glued to their phones to even give me a nod or a smile. A little acknowledgment goes a long way, right? Now, onto the gym-goers themselves. I gotta say, some folks seem to have missed the memo on basic gym etiquette. I witnessed some questionable behavior that made me raise an eyebrow. Picture this: I'm doing my crunches, minding my own business, when someone decides it's a brilliant idea to move equipment right behind my head. Seriously, I could practically feel a potential head injury coming my way! Can we all just be a bit more aware of our surroundings, people?Look, I get it. The gym can't control how individuals behave. But here's the thing: the super affordable price of $15 per month attracts all kinds of characters. So, if you're hoping for a worry-free workout during those peak hours, this might not be the place for you.To sum it up, my recent gym experiences left me wanting more in terms of staff engagement and etiquette. Sure, the facilities are decent, but it wouldn't hurt to receive a friendly greeting or see some consideration from fellow gym-goers. If finding a gym where you can sweat in peace during specific hours is important to you, you might want to scout out other options that better fit the bill.Bottom line: Gym adventures can be a mixed bag, but by managing your expectations and finding a place that matches your needs, you'll be well on your way to a more satisfying workout journey.

Love this gym! The staff is amazing and are very friendly and helpful. The equipment is in good shape and gets refreshed frequently. The gym can get busy in the late afternoons, but there is plenty of equipment to go around. I don't find myself unable to complete a workout because someone is using a machine I planned to use.The tanning beds and Hydromassage chairs are worth the price of admission, imo!Highly recommend!! A+++

Great gym all around. Only complaint is that the staff sometimes isn’t verbal and likes to tap on my shoulder to get my attention. I have PTSD and tapping my shoulder when I’m not expecting it isn’t a good decision. Also the machine that takes card for drink needs to be fixed. Ate up $4 of my buddies money and never gave a drink.

Tbh intimidating for someone that's not been on one for a bit. Super clean, open area with a lot of different varieties of equipment and free weights.

The facility is very nice. The locker rooms have clean bathrooms and outdated showers that take 15 min to get hot water; I did go in the winter, so it might just be when that happens. The lockers are well maintained, nice-looking scale on the floor. I can not speak about the male locker room, for I have not been inside of it. They have nice equipment, good weight and cardio machines. I do think that the space compared to the number of people needs to increase. The space is just a bit small. The service at the door is really good; they are friendly, funny and have a good knowledge of the facility.
