The service at this shop use to be very nice under the other management. Only one person is good with nails (the owner I assume Lisa) everyone else not so much. The vibe isn't friendly or welcoming. My pedicure was terrible. My nail were so bad and the young male tech tells me my fingers are crooked. Then he told me "well next time have Lisa do it".Seriously, typical for a non experienced tech. He did a terrible job enough that I had to wait on Lisa, whom I already requested. If you're not going to pay attention to the check in kiosk, why bothering having it. I won't be back under any circumstances. Also, the Flys were outrageous. I drove an hour for a horrible experience. I would certainly not ever recommend or be back. And I was nice the entire time. I never lost my head or insulted anyone. I waited patiently even though I had already been there for 2 hours

2 days after a fill-in, the complete overlay came off of one of my nails. 3 days after that, the same thing happened with a different nail. So I'm talking about 2 overlays coming off in less than one week. I returned to the salon and requested that they fix it. The owner told me they only guarantee 2 days of quality for a fill-in. I paid $45 and gave a $10 tip. Despite this, the owner felt that after 2 days, she wasn't responsible for the overlays coming off. Only after I called her out on the ridiculousness of her policy did she agree to repair my nails -- too little, too late. If your initial inclination is be dismissive of a customer's concerns after your business has delivered horrible service, you clearly do not need my money. I will never go back there again, and I don't recommend this salon to anyone.

Beverly Hills Nails is a true haven for self-care! The staff's friendliness and warmth create a welcoming atmosphere. My nail tech consistently delivers meticulous and excellent manicures. The pedicures are a treat, with a soothing leg scrub and expert exfoliation for feet. The addition of hot towels adds a unique touch, making every visit a pampering experience that's hard to beat.

I would give this 0 stars if i could. Color is good but the execution was absolutely horrible. I've never had such a bad manicure in my many years of having my nails done. Do not recommend this salon.

Today was my first visit here. It's a nice and quiet nail salon. I received a manicure from Ivy. I've used her for quiet some time. I had an appointment at 4:00pm and arrived as scheduled and was seen right away. Always have a good experience and Ivy is very professional. I'm looking forward to my next appointment. Keep it up.

I went in to get a pedicure. If you want a place that will spend time on your feet and get your money worth this is not the place to go. The lady literally scrub my feet for 60 seconds per leg same with massaging the lotion on my feet and legs. If you do decide to come do not go to the young lady with the black glasses for a pedicure.

This is my third and last time coming to this salon for a pedicure. The water was cold and I didn’t get a good scrub on my feet. They act like they barely want to touch your feet. They can’t polish or shape, and it seems like they rush their services. Since the pandemic hit, it’s EXTREMELY hard finding a decent place in this area who can do manicures and pedicures well. I’m just over it. This place needs to do better. Bring back real pedicures in 2023!Service: Pedicure

The lady who did my French nails did a bad job. Firstly the fake nails were added on crooked. Then when white nail polish didn’t cover my actual nail that you could see through the fake nail.Service: French manicures

Really don’t recommend this nail shop to anyone, they cannot do the basic shaping. Customer service is really bad., one of the elders was literally on the phone, while doing my nails. She shaped my nail all the way down to my cuticle. Really bad experience. please be careful going to this nail shop. I would, go and ask for a refund. but at this point, I need to let my nails heal because she shaped it all the way down to the cuticle.
