Associate(Trigg) all out badgered me to sign up for a credit card and I swear it was like she couldn't and wouldn't hear my 'no thank you's'. She was ruthless and made it personal, "...just do this for me".

They’ve had air conditioning problems here for several months. Large fans placed all over the 2nd floor, very unpleasant and hot.
Who is the manager here? Or does it run itself?
Is this store about to close? Broken airconditioner, a broken escalator on every visit, not enough sales associates, men’s shoes is self service, maybe 6 customers in the entire store. The coupons have so many exclusions it’s no need to offer them. I’m ready to cut up the Belk card.

The clinique section was good as usual. However Belk is keeping all of the perfume behind the counter and you cant really see any of the products nor can you try any of the testers without the lady have to get it individually for you. I find it super unnecessary to do it like that. I'll just go to ulta for my perfume needs. I can't imagine how hard it'd be to smell a perfume when it's super busy there. You guys are going to lose business like that.
