made appointment knowing I was driving over a hour. Officer didn't bother to call me and reschedule just didn't show up. I know that my loan was too small for her to bother. If you are a average working Joe go to a different mortgage broker. They don't want to bother with less than a million dollar loan. I will tell all my friends what inconsiderable uppity jerks work at this bank. I am much better off
