Great 24 hour clinic. I've taken 2 dogs there in the past couple of years and they were treated accordingly and both survived!!

Sadly I had to say goodbye to my baby of almost 15 yrs. Animal Emergency was very caring about the situation and thought of all that needed to be done and helped with everything.

The night shift staff deserves zero stars. They are callous with a noticeable racist attitude. And yes there were two AA on staff but they fit right in. Staff act like they care about your pets, but in reality, they couldn't care less. There's no urgency, and they are very insensitive. I will never bring another animal here again. Dr. Whitney, or maybe her name was Wednesday (she didn't care enough for me to catch her full name), was extremely rude over the phone. When you’re black especially a woman, the others tend to try and treat individuals a certain way base off of looks. From the student staff at the front desk to the nurses and techs, they were all cruel. I read several terrible reviews about this place, but I had no choice but to experience it for myself. It was an awful experience, and these aren't even all the details. Had I known the place was run by MSU students, I would have gone elsewhere, and maybe my pup would still be alive. They only seem to cater to a certain group of people, and they definitely don't look like me. Also, it would be helpful if they enforced their grooming and hygiene policies for the staff because their appearance and smell were off-putting.

Very friendly and they took good care of us. A bit pricey, be sure and get pet insurance beforehand.

They only see your pet if u have plenty of money!! 650$!!! And my baby is in labor and can't deliver and since I don't have 650$ up front they won't help her!!! They suck!!!!

Everyone here is so kind and thorough! I would highly recommending them to be your first stop when anything goes wrong with your pet! They are amazing and I expected nothing less from a program out of Mississippi State!

My dog was admitted on July 8 2024 at 545 am. I asked for her to be admitted n taken care of no matter the cost. She was exposed to severe heat and some type of pesticide that was sprayed in the field she ran through.
