BEWARE! A very predatory banking institution. When I had them in college, they would intentionally reorder my withdrawals to come before the deposits so they could hit me with multiple overdraft fees in one day. Awful company to deal with.

Rude never gives full detail till its too late ...this isn't just Florence it's the whole company will be leaving soon as I find a better customer service style bank...no cx service here
