Amazing staff. Store was pretty dang big too. Animals looked like they were well taken care of. Wide variety of reptiles. They had bunnies, spiders, snakes, even a monkey to watch. Prices seemed to be on par with online or other shops. Staff was super nice and let my daughter hold the bunny. Will definitely purchase next pet from here.

The animals in my opinion are so sad and mistreated. The fish looked hungry and the large reptile was in a very small cage. There was a monkey and he looked so so sad and hungry. The cages looked unsterile aswell..

The animals they did have were cute. Lots of food and supplies for everything. Little tight for the aisles and amount of people showing up.

Large selection of pets and pet needs. Fish, reptiles, birds, ferrets, rabbits, chinchillas, they've got em. Plus enclosures, foods, medicines and accessories. The densely packed store gives the feeling of being underground, with narrow twisting aisles and darkish lighting. The people were friendly and seem knowledgeable.

Went with a friend, they stopped in to get some crickets for their bearded dragon. I was told it's the best price for bearded dragon food. While I was there you can look at all the pets they have to offer. Excited to see what's planned around that area. Some signs of some construction. But, it didn't interfere with our visit. Traffic was a lot faster since the MDOT has finished hwy 49 widening. Kudos MDOT. Stop in and give the place a visit.

Came to town and didn't see anything we wanted in the reptile show. We stopped in here while we were in the area and this store didn't disappoint! Extensive inventory of good brand merchandise and a more variety of reptiles than the show. The girl working was very helpful and happy to help us. 10/10 would recommend!

I love this store! They have a great selection and the workers are friendly and knowledgeable. The pets for sale look like they are very well kept and the fish I purchased from here are healthy and doing wonderful. Support your local business and stop here first for your pet supplies!

Don’t bother coming here if you have places to be. I once stood at the counter waiting to be checked out for 16 minutes. I’m not even exaggerating. You could go ask an employee to come check you out, but you have to find one first. It’s like they’re always hidden. If you order what you need online, it’ll arrive at home faster than they can get to the counter. Also: if you have a heart for animals, DO NOT look at the animals they sell. They’re in horrific condition and horribly neglected. Animal welfare is not their priority.

Great l, I got my bird back in 2021 and he’s still doing good to this day. And they are already fed by pellets so you don’t have to worry about trying to change their diet. And almost everything from cages to food dishes is relatively cheap

I like this store a lot, but I would like to see it improve. The staff is always very friendly, they have a wide range of products, and the items are appropriately priced as you would expect from a locally owned store. My only issue is that I sometimes worry about the animals on display, mostly the reptiles. I know that the animals are usually only housed there for a short time before being adopted, but seeing multiple bearded dragons housed together is concerning because they can injure each other, and sometimes the other animals are in poor health or an inadequate enclosure (even for short term). I don't want to say the owners don't care about the animals' well being, I like to think they have their best interests in mind, I just hope that they're not putting their profits over the health and safety of the animals. By far the worst thing I've seen is betta fish being kept in cups on a display shelf, that's something that shouldn't be seen in any store anymore. I of course no nothing about running a pet store and don't want to imply that I do, but surely there is a better way. This store has so much potential to be amazing, and I want to be proud to come here for all my exotic pet needs.
