The customer service in this store is a joke . The older black lady that works the morning shift has to be the rudest most disrespectful cashier . She huff and puffs if you ask her to get you something other than the things you've set on the counter. Rolls her eyes has a very rude tone . Like she don't want to be bother .She wouldnt represent my business.

The cashier's were great. They were nice, helpful and polite. The chicken could have used a little more salt but the experience there was great.

Stopped by this store today on 3/14/23. Had the chicken strips which were good. Restrooms were blocked off with a sign up that read Closed for Cleaning. Watched as several customers approached restrooms only to be told they were out of order. I slipped back to the restrooms when I saw the chance. Nothing was wrong with them!
Very bad way to treat customers.

Stopped by for some creole chicken. No: it was terrible no flavor at all. Put some season on the chicken. You can't mess up Jr Food Mart chicken, bit some how they did.

Stop here for good gas prices, and the "Real" Best Creole Fried Chicken in the area!This is not your accostumed Gas Station Fried Chicken, this people take pride on the product they serve, Hot & Fresh, Crispy, Flavorfull, & Crunchy Fried Chicken!They can compete against the state best...and for sure win!Since my first time stopping here, every trip I pass by Florence, is a required stop here... is a must!Top that with an always friendly service team!

The lady didn't know what to charge me for a coffee I waited as she flipped in her binder to find a price I had $2 I told her just take it she refused as I was drinking the coffee waiting, just about finished it I told her to forget about it she just loudly said Whatever! Lol she didn't realize I was already done with the coffee people behind me were telling her just let him have it or take the two dollars.

I got charged for 10 chicken nuggets that I didn't order, they looked at me like I had some kind of disease for placing an order. Rude people. I won't be back.

The food is good. However, they need to separate those buying lottery tickets from those buying gas, food, beverages. They don't understand wasting time on lottery tickets while my food is getting cold is annoying. Two lines are needes. For tickets only & the other for groceries & gas to minimize wait time.
