I would give zero stars if I could. Every month it’s something else with this place. I’ve been using them for over a year and I cannot think of one month that I had no issues. Including today. 0/10 do not recommend.

If Burnham's were just a diner, I could easily give a five-star rating; unfortunately, there are problems with the prescription side of the business that I will not go into here. But the food is fantastic, and the waitresses are awesome.

So, my wife’s doctor sent over her prescription and the store even says they have verification of the prescription. When my wife asked about it, they said they didn’t have it. I called the doctor to double check. Then they said they did have it but didn’t know when it’s gonna be ready. An now, my wife explain to them that we live in Alabama and work nights and they were so rude. If I find another compounding pharmacy we won’t be back here. I think mom an pop need to get their act together.

I've been a customer of the Main st Burnhams since I retired from the Navy in 2004. I bought an item for my wife from the gift shop. It didn't fit so I brought it back. The new store manager said it was a clearance item and couldn't be returned. I told her the lady on the gift that sold it to me said I could. She then told me it was past the 14 day return window and couldn't be returned. Funny thing is, I had three $20 necklace in my hand and was about to pick up a prescription. So I put the necklaces back and moved all of my prescriptions to the Burnhams in Escatawpa. You lost a loyal customer over a $34 return. Not very smart!

Horrible. Wouldn't fill a prescription becuase it was a narcotic she said oh the DEA watchs. Ok? I have a prescriptions??????????????????
