Charles Darby will indeed keep your last paycheck upon quitting. Any repairs or tires replaced while there will be the justification for keeping your money. The truck I was issued was infested with cockroaches and maggots were all in the refrigerator. My wife and I spent 9 hours cleaning the very, very nasty truck. Never was compensated,he should clean his own nasty property. I guess if you can get it done free then not pay someone that's his preference.

I dont know who the other folks are talking about but thats not the Charlie Darby I know. He is a great upstanding Christian, the whole time ive known him which has been about 8 years now has been a great business man and friend, and he has always paid me .

Everyone is untitled to there own opinions I guess so I'll give you mine. This may will make 29 years I've been around there and can't say anything bad. Sure we've had our ups and downs,fallen outs hell we've even been toe to toe a time or too. Charlie and his whole family are good people. Sometimes way to good to folks that didn't deserve it. So if you're one of those folks that are perfect and have no faults then you probably want like it much.
