Incredibly rude at the front desk. I asked if one could buy scrap lead and was told that they don’t sell anything, have never sold anything (I know this to be false because I’ve bought it in the past), and basically to not bother them. That won’t be an issue, my cans will just go in the garbage now. I don’t have a problem with them not selling something, but there is no reason to be rude and unprofessional.
