I cannot believe the lady would not let me deposit a cashier's check because she couldn't verify it. What is the point of banking after hours convenience? I wasn't making a withdrawal. I said they could hold it for however long they would like until it clears. That is usual bank mo. She also asked me why didn't I get the other bank to cash it. Because I don't Bank with the other bank and walk around with that much cash. I've had an account with them for years now. I did not understand her thought process and I found it appalling. Not to mention they have a high turnover rate. I had to give it at least one star to make this review otherwise I'd give it five zeros. I'm thinking about closing my account. Not sure if I feel comfortable with them handling my money

My premium bank when I go to send money via western union for almost 2 years now. I've heard good things in regard as banking. Easy to get a checking and savings account, minimal fees and can't go wrong if there's a Woodforest in every Walmart. Easy!!

I absolutely hate this bank. Love the employees if u can get them all on the same page. I person tells u 1 thing and the other people tell u something different. I'm soooooooooo over this bank will b switching banks.
